The Vitalis Foundation began long ago when a hand full of inspired individuals embarked on personal journeys that span decades. As soon as one begins to really look at the world around us it is impossibly not to see how bad the situation is...

Over time connections and understanding grow, allowing individuals to become groups and finally functional teams charged with inspiring and teaching others. The amazing creativity, connectivity and power that we as a collective have today is thanks to the work of all those who came before us. Addressing these issues and undoing the damage resulting from short-term planning, will necessitate a paradigm shift in all areas of what we consider normal, everyday life. |

As the final days of the old paradigm draws to a close the peoples of earth are finally ready to act as one. To advert what will likely be a complete collapse of ecological, social and economic systems. Will we fall in to madness and decay or evolve beyond all recognition?

Mission 1: Spiritual Awakening, Personal Development, Health & Well Being
Expanding the collective consciousness of humanity one person at a time (Mind, Body & soul) Enter the life coaches, councillors, Reiki masters, colour therapists, herbalists, naturopaths, yoga instructors....... Mission 2: Art's, Creativity & Self-expression (conceptual creativity) Bringing people together in heart-based connection to Celebrate, Create, Share, Laugh and Love. By far the largest number of people within the alternative collective are part of this team. Bringing beauty, passion and inspiration to our events, living spaces and generally enriching our lives. Mission 3: 5D Engineering (practical creativity) Tackling the nitty-gritty of how to keep the lights on, grow the food and make sure there is a toilet. If you are inspired to build eco-friendly houses, grow food and medical plants using bio-dynamic techniques, develop clean energy technology, run labs to process plant material into medicine for the herbalists, build the cafés and stages for the gatherings or to design the infrastructure needed to support a community then you are part of the 5d Engineering Team. Mission 4. Networking & Community Creation Creating alternative lifestyles, centred around living harmoniously with each other. This is a people-based position, involving the gathering and management of people and their connection to source and each other. Keeping all those free thinking and self-governing people working in harmony is no easy task. Just remember you are not the boss, you are a logistics and resource coordinator and your job is to listen to your people, interoperate and predict their needs and to be one step ahead in the planning and ordering so everything runs smoothly. Mission 5. Legal, Finance & Business Development Revolutionize the business paradigm toward global abundance rather than global dominance. This mission has only just begun to gain traction, it was not until 2014 that the awakening process reached far enough into society to awaken business people and bring about a new breed of conscious millionaires. With their assistance we, as a collective, now have access to skills and resources necessary to turn our ideas into solution that can be applied in the real world. You need the right kind of person to present clean energy technology to a manufacture, or to apply for grant funding or establish a successful business. Creating a bridge between the Collective and the System: Generally members of the "Alternative Collective" are distrustful of anyone who says "lets right down what we decide and make a contract" this leads to teams forgetting who said what when and who actually did the work. When the community starts to make some money it suddenly finds it has to register as a business. Now that all the hard work is done and all the investment made they end up in deep trouble with the tax man as they have no accounts. More often the community fails when disputes break out over who get the few euros they just made and so the community tares its self apart. Having watched this story play out over and over again we have developed a new system to track Energy Input in terms of (Time, Skills, Equipment, Materials & Money) and to balance the returns generated by all that work. This system is designed to ensure that a community does not become a vampiric entity that drains its members dry, spits them out and then brings in more people. Everyone's contribution must be valued and respected while making it absolutely transparent to all whose energy is actually diving a project. This system allows a team to start up and run until they need to register as a business, and to then transfer all the information into a standard accounting framework that "the system" can understand and process what you are doing. Only then can you make really good money and share it fairly within your team so you can continue to grow as a collective. |
