Wheat Grass | Storage, Processing & Dosage?
Storing Cut Wheat Grass:
- Cut wheat grass must be stored in a refrigerator.
- For best results, juice your grass within 4 days of cutting or it will lose water content and nutritional value.
- Maximum storage time 8 - 10 Day.
- Once juiced, either consume immediately or freeze in small cups for later use.
Juicing and freezing in this way is a big saving in time and effort while helping to preserve the quality of the juice.
Making Juice:
- Wheat grass juice must be processed using a "slow masticating juicer".
Blending with a food processor is not advised because this does not separate the juice from the fibres. Humans are unable to digest bits of raw grass. - Simple hand operated juicers like this are available for around 40 Eu.

Use & Dosage:
We recommended you begin with a lower dose during the first week, as the detoxifying effect are significant.
Allow the body time to adjust and for the required beneficial gut bacteria to re-establish, before you begin taking the full daily dose.
- Adults require (30 - 40 ml per day). In many cases people settle to drinking a shot most but not necessary every day.
- Children should only be given half that amount, (15 - 20 ml per day.)

- Wheat Grass is grown to order, although we always carry a little extra just in case.
Achieving the high nutrition value of wheat grass requires it to be cut on exactly the right day.
One day before or one day after and it is not as good as it could be.
After cutting, it is best consumed with in the first 5 days but can be stored in a fridge for up to 8 days. - If you only want a box once in a while simply contact us, and we will let you know when a box is available for collection.
- Order a box per week and pre pay for the month.
The Wheat Grass will be grown epically for you and we can arrange a day each week for collection or delivery.
Collection & Delivery:
- You can pick up your wheat grass in Corralejo or Villaverde.
- A €5 charge will be applied for delivery, assuming we deliver to your area.
Discounts:
- Group Discounts are available when you find 4 or more people in your area and order together.
The more people you have the bigger the discount we can offer your group.
The order must be placed, paid for and collected / delivered as a single batch.

Over the coming year we will work with our distributors and retailers to refine the business model and to generate more promotional material. - Uncut / Live Grass is also available.
Some of our grass is grown using soil less Aquaponics, so we can supply trays of live grass with a few days left on the growing cycle. Simply water the tray twice each day until it's ready to harvest. - Combining cut and live grass allows you to have the freshest product in store every day.
