Golden Onion Bread

Ever wondered how to make your own bread?
It's not hard to do nor does it take a lot of time.
While you at it, you may want to put some onion skins in your bread.
Why would you want to eat onion skins?
They contain a compound called Quercetin, this has been shown to lower "you know what" replication rates, by inhibiting 3CL proteas cleaving.  This compound is difficult to extract and not very bio available.  The best thing to do is to eat the skins and let your body sort it out.

But how are you going to eat a big spoon for skins I hear you ask?
EASY, Just make some bread.

I would like to take a moment to welcome to the Vitalis Foundation's blog.

Its often a lot easier a more fun to make a video and just talk to you all than it is to write pages of text that no one has time to read.

As we change the site on a regular bases old post, videos and content from other pages will be stored here.
